I have been fortunate enough to be the moderator for the W.A.C.E.'s 2010 Annual Conference. My breakout session is going to be a review of Young Professional programs. What's working, what isn't, etc. If you have a young pro group let's chat!

We have 700 young pros and what's working is a healthy mix of socializing, structured networking, and professional development. What's not working are events with topic-heavy programs. Keep them light, go deeper in conventional chamber events and programs and keep YoungPros events focussed and NICHE. SalemYoungPros.com
