We have been using Constant Contact for the past 7-8 months. We are a small chamber with about 230 email contacts.
I really like the convience of the product and my members are happy with the messages they recieve, particularly the personal addressing. If we can get another 50-75 email addresses we're likely to cease the paper newsletter.
The main problem I've noted is sometimes the online program runs slow but that could be on our end.
